A Season in Hell
Conceived and Performed by Screaming Flea Theatre
Written and compiled by Tanya Marquardt

Featured performance at the third Carnival of the Arts 2008

An on-site absinthe party, a ritual performance and a secret meeting, A Season in Hell is the latest from Screaming Flea Theatre. A concoction for the senses, A Season in Hell incorporates text, movement, performance and booze on the road to unearthing the inner workings of Rimbaud's prose-poem A Season in Hell. This excerpt marks the start of our work with this source, so we hope you will join us for the first incarnation.
